New American Restaurants in New Glarus, WI

“If you’re ever in the New Glarus area I highly recommend making a stop at Fat Cat - I have only been twice, that being said the staff have been incredible friendly both times - the food and drinks are made in house - including a wide variety of fresh baked goodies. Their food menu is great, and their ingredients for the most part are locally sourced. I absolutely fell in love with this cute little joint.
I being someone who can’t consume caffeine was amazed that they offer other drinks such as a fresh made ginger lemonade that is to die for.“

“Excellent atmosphere even on a weekday it was vibrant. You can tell they’re a bit short staffed in terms of wait times. Still service was good. The burger was very delicious. However, it was rare to medium rare done, which is not entirely safe for ground beef eating. But because we had waited a while to get food, I did not send it back for more cooking.
