Absolutely terrible service. We waited 45 minutes without a single check-in from our waitress. The only time we were acknowledged was when we finally asked how much longer our food would take. Meanwhile, people who were clearly friends with the staff were served right away. On top of that, we had to sit and listen to employees loudly using profanities the entire time. Staff were rude and unprofessional
Rude staff. Don’t bring your toddler. They will get mad that there’s food on the floor even though you cleaned most of it up and left a 50% tip. Not to mention it wasn’t even busy and two waitresses were standing around most of the time. Rudely asked my mom to sweep. Would’ve just eaten at home if this is the service she expected. Definitely not family friendly for a “family diner”. My mom is too nice, I would’ve taken the tip back if I was with.
Called in a 20+group from a funeral. Came in at time we were told. Waitress said sit where ever. No table arranged to accommodate us. Waitress gave dirty looks and attitude, complained to other custs.
