“Cyclists on the Elroy-Sparta Trail, take note: you know how sometimes you stop in a bar and the locals look at you like you crawled out from under some rock? Not here! I was stuck three hours waiting out a thunderstorm, and the locals were friendly and socialable. I usually leave my helmet outside if it might rain to keep it from getting wet, but I brought it in… and forgot about it. I called The Place when I arrived in Wilton to let them know I got there safely (seeing as how I finished up those last six miles at 11pm— yikes!) when they told me my helmet was still there. One of the bar patrons volunteered to drive it over for me, and of course refused any reward. Great crowd!”

“Great food but skip the gift certificates. You only have 3-6 months to use them. We have gotten burned on this twice and they won't fix it. Consider yourself warned!!!!!!!”

“We were starving after getting off the canoe with two kiddos and decided to try the Wildcat for a late lunch. The staff were unbelievably friendly as we walked in and promptly took our order with lots of helpful recommendations. When they noticed our boys enjoying the outdoor stage (dancing like crazies) they turned on some fun music! The burgers, kids meals and drinks were delicious. One of the bartenders even came out with freezies for them! Thanks again guys!”

“I miss Quiznos so much. I had several in my area that closed probably ten years ago now. I was passing through Tomah and had to stop at the only one that seems to be in Wisconsin. The prime rib meat is gone or changed to steak. That's okay. They were missing the flavor bar that has all the peppers and pickles that I used to love. Apart from that, my sandwich tasted mostly fine, but the stuff on the sandwich felt pretty skimpy, like a lot of bites of just bread. Maybe things have changed in the past decade, but it seemed like a pretty sad sandwich portion-wise.”

“The lady at the register was very kind and upbeat as was the man who cooked the food. Food was good cheese curds cooked well but not over cooked. Burger wasn't too greasy and wasn't sloppy in the slightest.”
