Great, fresh, authentic Mexican food. Great location, outdoor seating, and good service.Vegetarian options: Not much on the menu, but ask for any dish to be without meat and they accomodate
What an absolute gem - we were biking the Sparta-Elroy trail, and Bailey's Diner felt like an absolute oasis when you're 30-some miles into a bike ride. Authentic Mexican food in the middle of a town of probably less than 1,000 people? Service was counter service, and they bring it to your table, and things did indeed come out quickly. We sat out on the patio, which was covered and beautiful - just hundreds of feet off of the bike trail, with a volleyball court and ample seating....read full review

I had Steak Fajitas . They we really good. And the homemade torillas were great too! They also had manudo. The waitress was kind enough to let us have a little sample so we could all try it.
