“So there I was…on my way to work and fighting to stay awake from a long night out the previous night. As I walked into the shoppette to get an energy drink I remembered that I had given them up for lent. Now I’m left with a decision to make. Go to hell? Or try an alternative route for my caffeine fix? Upon exiting the shoppette so I can go to heaven, I spot a blinking open sign out of the corner of my eye as if it was an oasis out in a desert. I muster up the strength to make the long 15 meter trek to this little coffee shop tucked away in the corner. I open the door and tumble inside like a fiend looking for his crack fix. I was greeted by Fern and her sidekick Shaniqua. She acted as a caffeine pharmacist prescribing me a delicious White Chocolate Mocha. Obviously I upgraded to a medium size. Two sips into this magical elixir and I felt recharged like a Tesla battery. The staff was so nice and friendly and they had the perfect soundtrack playing in the background whispering sweet nothings into my eardrums. I can’t believe I did not know this place was here prior to this day. If it had not been for the bartender the previous night possibly over serving me, I may not have found this diamond in the rough. I will never go to another coffee shop unless Cafe Corner is closed of course or I am out of town. Thank you Fern for giving me life again. I will be a loyal customer from here on out.”

“The food was bar style however it took longer that expected to get food. Not sure if they prepare one meal at a time or a couple. The area was clean and staff was friendly.”

“Such an amazing restaurant!! The ramen is truly delicious, such depth of flavors & large, satisfying portions! And I could eat my weight in the pork & chicken gyoza! So, so good! The owners are super friendly & helpful even when they were super busy on a Sat. We're so happy to have found a local, authentic Japanese Ramen restaurant - it's definitely our family's favorite spot to eat out!”

“5/5 stars, I got the Stuffed Hash Browns with 2 over easy eggs on top today, cooked perfectly. One of the best places in the tri-state area for amazing food and good company. Wonderful service, all the ladies down at Dorines are so kind and the food is never a let down. I would recommend this place for breakfast to anyone.”

“Really enjoyed our stop here. Nice redo of an old service station. Bartender was great, friendly and helpful with suggestions of where else to visit in Sparta. Place started filling up with regulars but we never felt out of place there, everyone was friendly. Will definitely stop again!”

“Fast and delicious. Great aray of choice for the menu items provided. They offer colas, canned soda, and Mexican flavored soda flavors. They give sauces or not if you choose. There's great people and awsome attitudes to customers.”

I would recommend this place 100% The one thing to be aware of is that communication, although not a problem, sometimes you might have to ask them what they said. But it’s very minimal. Their English has become much easier to understand over time.”

“Dive bar serving basic bottled beer and liquor. Best burger in town! Cash only.Friendly staff and you can tell this is the locals hangout. Pool tables are quarter operated. Burger, fried curds, 2 beers +tip = $20. Fun place.”

He's personable and makes sure everyone is tended to. I will come back, and I urge all Soldiers, military, and civilians to come hang at Rally Point. Hands down best place to be at. “Absolutely some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! Salsa was amazing and fresh. My co-worker and I are not from Sparta and we were traveling through town. If we were local we would be regulars. The staff were very friendly, the lunch menu was very affordable, portions were large, our food was fast and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was clean, and much larger on the inside than it looks. Nice decor. Next time we travel through Sparta we will be back to El Caporal!”

“I thought Sparta Soda Works was a wonderful experience. I've now gone three times, the first being to try the soda. I found the ginger one to be wonderful and refreshing with the summer heat. The second I grabbed and old fashioned with a friend and when I went back a third time had to grab another. I've tried a few other drinks that are just as wonderful. They allow my dog on the patio and even brought her a bowl of water this last time. I did finally try some food and had the Papas Sundae. I regret sharing it because it was so yummy I probably could've had it all on my own.”

“The salad bar lacked luster, but I went there for prime rib not salad and omg I was not disappointed! I ordered the 10oz which is the smallest cut they offer. sliced 1" thick and perfectly cooked. Joshua The bartender served me and he was right on everything. I highly recommend this place and will be returning.”

“the only time I was disappointed was on Monday September 4 at 2:54 me and my friends and family were going to eat and we had NO way of Knowing they closed early on this day for labor day. they had NO Message on the DOOR saying they were closing. I do recommend the food but the lact of communication SUCKS!”
