I walked to Rudy’s with my dogs and order at a slot for cars to be respectful since people were sitting at the tables i ordered 2 small root beer floats and 2 dog dishes i waited 30 min with service and when someone came out i asked them if they can check on my order they said they would go get it right now. Waited another 5 min then left with no service. This year is the worst customer service. Food don’t come out correctly curds taste like fish.
Can’t say enough about this place! Great service and consistency every time! Thank you for being a part of our community!
