Place was clean. Food was good. I got two subs. Club fully loaded. Meatball Double loaded. Club was good. Did not know they stopped letting you tell them what you want on YOUR sub. Had to tell them at the register. Not good.As I get older I can't remember everything I want on the sub. And the board behind them kept switching. Don't care for their fries to small. But they were good.Really no gripes. Good food for little high on prices. Couldn't use my reward care...

I've been a loyal customer to Cousins Subs on Ryan Rd for years, and my go-to order is always the 7 1/2 Steak Cheese sandwich. While the customer service has consistently been good and the restaurant is always clean, I've noticed some inconsistencies with the quality of the subs.

Specifically, the flavor and texture of the meat has varied from visit to visit, and the tomatoes often aren't as ripe as I'd like. These issues have been ongoing,...
