“We had an amazing first time experience, and already can’t wait to go back! Everything was perfect. Our server Olivia was wonderful, and everything we ate was beyond delicious. We started out with the truffle burrata bruschetta, and for entrees I had the pasta wheel special and added the ground sausage, and my husband had the salmon special topped with crab. We couldn’t decide on a dessert, so we got 2. The tiramisu and citrus cheesecake were both incredible! Some of the chefs waved to us on the way out, and I can tell the staff truly care about serving their customers with excellence. Highly, highly recommend Lago Su Bella! I promise you won’t be disappointed! ❤️😋👌🏼”

“Would give more stars if possible. Bella Gusto is our favorite place in the area!! The Pinzsas are our favorite thing here, the desserts are perfection from the cookies to the gluten free chocolate cheesecake. Always great wine options! They are truly a small town restaurant that never disappoints. We had an online order misplaced once and the owner went above and beyond to make it right and take care of us, and still got it out only 5 minutes later. Definitely recommend!”

“Sausage Haus has been part of all of our family gatherings ever since my folks moved to Oconomowoc 10 years ago. They have delicious fresh turkeys, steaks, roasts and sausages -- we like their hot dogs, Italian and brats -- and last week we ordered their broasted chicken and potatoes for a last minute meal. So tasty! Don't miss their baked beans, too. They're deliciously molasses-y and go perfectly with the chicken.”

“This was our first time trying Eric’s & it was super delicious! My son loved the gluten free crust! My daughter & I had the hand tossed Margarita pizza & it is the best I’ve had in a long time! Delivery was fast, pizza was hot when it arrived & Eric was very friendly when I called with questions & concerns about the gluten free crust/my son is celiac. Five stars!”

“This was our first visit to Winger's. We actually were in and out of there three times over the weekend. MASSIVE bar, really great design. We were there earlier in the day and then came back an hour or so prior to the annual Christmas parade. The place was a madhouse but the staff never stopped moving and worked their tailfeathers off! Clean, Dive-ish place. We will definitely go back when we are up North again.”

“My husband and I had dinner at Twisted Fire, Oconomowoc, WI on Thursday, June 17, 2022. It was fabulous! I ordered Truffle Fries, Chorizo Stuffed Dates wrapped in bacon & pipperada sauce = sooo delish! I have to go back and order these again! Out of this world amazing! I also ordered the Tuna Special which was grilled to perfection and came with baked small potatoes and baby broccoli tips all prepared just right. My Husband ordered the Italian Pizza with Breadsticks. He also raved about his choices. We want to give a shout out to our server Colton who was knowledgeable, and so fun! The whole night was worth every pretty penny spent there. We can’t wait to go back! This was my second time there and both times they didn’t disappoint. Kudos to you Twisted Fire for beautiful atmosphere and a ton of Gluten Free choices. The whole experience is worth going back again!”

“Not going to lie; I was a bit nervous ordering from here after reading all the reviews about timeliness, taste, and experience. My experience did not reflect any of the bad reviews I read. The food was good. They were on time, and the lady working was very nice and appreciative of my business. I ordered my go to at Chinese take out, sweat and sour chicken combo, which came with fried rice and an egg roll. We also go the crab Rangoons which were nice and crispy.”

“Fresh baked cafe is a gift to the town of Oconomowoc. Offering croissants you could easily find in Paris. and a young man working the week shift direct from Paris. The weekend shift, however needs more spark. I absolutely recommend the place. A side note it offers along with the Mexican food carts a degree of diversity that this isolated town sorely needs. jay C”

“We had a private event here for a bridal shower and it was the perfect space! It was extremely affordable, and the bar tenders there were so nice/accommodating. We basically came in and took over the whole place with decor while they happily played the music we wanted. I would 10/10 recommend this place for an event or for just cocktails with friends.”

“Absolutely amazing workers and management!!! Cooks mixed up mine and my bf sirloin liking and I'm not a fan of bloody meat. The manager was called over and he got me a new one. I was just expecting the sirloin but no he came out with all the sides that came with it and boxed it up for me. Our waitress was amazing and very understanding and very polite and told me it was okay as I am not one to complain about my food!!! Totally will be back and recommending this place!!!”

“Great, true definition of dive bar. Has the lake smell, bathrooms are really clean, friendly people and staff. We didn't eat here but drinks were good and fair prices. A must stop for an afternoon drink if in the area.”

“We have been to Lucky Chuckys a few times. Great food. The service is not good. Issues were taken care of but should not have happened in first place…quality control. Need better training. Tried giving it a few chances but probably won’t be back. Service to us is very important. So many other places to go that have good food but if service is bad.”

“We haven't been able to eat at George Webb since the Hartford location closed. Since we were in Oconomowoc we stopped for breakfast. What an amazing staff you have. You even helped my husband by letting him have a few jelly packs for my mil in the nursing home. Thank you so much for making me smile and btw, the food was great!! Karen St George”

“The kitchen at the hideaway puts out some excellent tasting seasonal dishes such as the short ribs. Toady I was able to sample the new smoked meat selection and oh, man the flavor is out of this world. The Ribs, lean brisket and fatty brisket is insanely good. The servers are excellent and friendly. Lexi was so polite and proper. On a very busy day when the kitchen was very backed up 1-1.5 hours she made sure to make us aware of the wait we had in store. We really appreciated that attention and heads up. The lake front dining experience that is somehow unique to hideaway vs. others on Okauchee was worth the wait. The staff and other customers are so friendly and inviting. The Hideaway is a family run business done right. I ran into a hideaway bartender at Kwik Trip on a random day and asked how he liked working there since a family member was looking for a serving or bartender job. He told me how he has worked in the industry many years all across lake country and has never been as happy with the environment of the restaurant and bar industry as he is with working at The Hideaway.”

“I was there Saturday it was our first time eating this pizza. We ordered to go and the cashier I think her name was Paula I'm not good with names and misplaced my receipt. But she was absolutely awesome and very sweet. She mad me feel so welcomed. We came from lake mills and we were very satisfied with everything. “Hell yes! I tried Gabriel's Taqueria Food Truck #2 for the first time a few weeks ago. FANTASTIC. This is the real deal. I can't say enough about how yummy the burritos are! My favorite thing is chorizo, and boy do they do it right. Gabriel's burritos are as good or better than Jose's Blue Sombrero. They are no-kidding out of this world. If you haven't tried these guys yet, you are really in for a treat! Today we had one of our ridiculous snow storms, and these guys are out there - Gabriel himself, no less - making food. Wow. Had a great lunch.😃😃”

“I had an amazing experience at MOD Pizza! The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the food was absolutely delicious. As for the 3 pizzas and 2 salads I had ordered they might have been the best pizzas and salads I’ve ever had.

What really made my visit stand out, though, was the service. A worker named Sergio went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. He was friendly, patient, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell he genuinely cares about creating a positive experience for customers. Workers like Sergio are what make a place memorable—he’s a true asset to the MOD team.
