My friend and I had a great experience with a worker- I regret that I didn't catch her name but she had great costumer service and was a great help/worker!! (Also, Dunkin/manager, you should always have at least 2 people working due to rushes and walk-ins!)
The young girl that was making our order was very nice. Her whole mood and body language changed when a 30's Black gentleman came out from the back. Then she told me she didn't have what was needed to make my wife's coffee. You have to substitute a different choice. I had the opportunity to stop at this location. They didn't have what I initially wanted on hand, wasn't too upset about it. I ordered something else was happy with what I got. My wife and I ordered ice coffee, and it was great! I was not impressed with the face-to-face service. I think we waited for 15 minutes before someone got to us. Overall, I'd visit again but I think id stick to drive-thru. They seem to give them priority over people inside.
