The staff are always friendly and helpful. Their coffee is delicious, and their donuts are fantastic. There are only 3 places I go for coffee in this town, and Dunkin is on top of the list.
My friend and I had a great experience with a worker- I regret that I didn't catch her name but she had great costumer service and was a great help/worker!! (Also, Dunkin/manager, you should always have at least 2 people working due to rushes and walk-ins!)
The young girl that was making our order was very nice. Her whole mood and body language changed when a 30's Black gentleman came out from the back. Then she told me she didn't have what was needed to make my wife's coffee. You have to substitute a different choice.
