The Roots Coffeebar & Cafe in Oconomowoc is a nice little cafe in a good location but employment and training practices are very poor, management is unprofessional and disconnected from owners. Employees are not treated well & it’s a toxic work environment. It’s a shame because there’s a nice little niche they have here but what you see on the surface isn’t what is really happening behind closed doors, unfortunately.
