“Staff and food were fine, but management does not accept coupons mailed to Area homes. I sat down, loaded the Subway app, but app would not take the coupon code. and did not allow me the discount or ability to use a gift as method of payment. Manager did override of system to give me $5 discount instead of $11, & it took me an hour to leave with sandwiches!“
“We ordered online. When picking up order the workers gave us the wrong bag which we realized after getting in the car. When we went back in they didn't apologize or anything. Just shrugged it off like too bad we inconvenienced you. The food was great but service was lacking.“
