I was very upset to be in town visiting last night n stop by ur store and see your manager outside engaged in an argument with customers. then to have someone in ur store I believe post the exchange on Facebook on stupid drivers in lacrosse, trying to humiliate paying customers. when ur manager should never have even been out the store n instigating such issues. sad day for Chik Fil A. . . . .
Food is all cold, I think the bald guy is the owner and he doesn’t seem to care about serving the customers.
