went in today with my kids and EVERYTHING WAS COLD!! There excuse for cold food was the rush hasn't started yet? Are you kidding me?? Not even worth a star! 10% discount =$4 off of a $50 bill? absolutely not. All 3 of us got 1 plate and pushed it off due to it being cold.
They used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant but they have been slowly declining. The food is cold, the customer service is horrible, it is so not worth it. They post if there's 10 or more they will add a gratuity, we only had 7, four adults and three kids and when we brought it up they refused to take it off. little do they know they would have made a better tip just letting us leave one but by now it's the principal of the thing.
I've never had an issue here. The the food is great and at a more than reasonable price. The wait staff are super responsive all I do is place my empty glass or plates at the end of the table and, boom, they show up and take it then my glass comes back full.
