I have tried going to the Starbucks location numerous times and every time I go there I order a Carmel Ribbon crunch and I get it special All I ask for is extra caramel and extra extra extra crunch pieces and they seem to mess up every single time and don't give me what I ask for. I've even offered to pay extra for the crunch pieces but for some reason they don't give them to me.
Amazing Starbucks location. Stopped for breakfast today, asked a few questions at the drive thru and got the answer to all of them. Staff was VERY friendly and even wrote a note on my egg bites!! That’s awesome. I love Starbucks as a whole but there’s definitely a difference between locations and this one is a good one!!

Hot chocolate is amazing to get at this time of year, as per usual. Was NOT HAPPY with the barista tonight. She initially gave me my drink at the window, and told me to have a good night. I then asked for a stopper and a gift card balance. She then acted annoyed after that. NOT A WAY TO TREAT A CUSTOMER. NOT ACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR especially when I spend money here. If you want to know what time it was, it was 7:10 PM on January 2, 2024
