Love their food, but they often don't have items that I stop and order. Then because the drive-thru doesn't have a pull off, I still have to wait in line just so I can leave. Pretty frustrating. It's happened on multiple occasions.
Food here has been on the decline. Expensive for what you get. They are serving smaller portions and charging more. No yellow mustard packs or Parm cheese. Won't be going back. It's lost its appeal. Service is slow and they no longer offer tortollini.

I'm assuming there were no chip options since I wasn't asked; the grilled cheese was not grilled - more like cheese with buttered bread - so disappointing. And why did I get Mac & cheese since I didn't order it? The chicken noodle soup was fine. Overall a disappointment & I'll never be back & will advise all my friends to avoid as well.....
