Want to say last Sunday passed through Park Falls, went through McDonald’s and the pleasant and vibrant Frank took our order and delivered fantastic service at the drive through window. This young man understands customer service, served with a smile. I tried to call the manager twice to praise the service but nobody answers the phone thought it might be nice to get a compliment. Frank keep up the good work.
It's a good day when they get the order correct. The bag is always over filled and never folded closed. I typically ask for my fries in a separate bag to try and keep them fresh.
