This is got to be the worst one I've ever gone two .
Horrible service and not just once. Not to mention I called to have it corrected and I “didn’t have a receipt” was hung up on. Also I was never given a receipt and I’m supposed to ask for it….. I stop often because I work close but I will no longer. I’ll be sure to eat at home from now on. Plus y’all make good money brush up on you customer service skills.
They always say, people have bad days, and to give them another chance. Well 3 chances, and 3 different shifts, and STILL NONE of my 3 orders were correct.
1st time, lunch break and I order the Scott Meal deal and 2 Apple pies. Get back to work, no BBQ Sauce in the bag, and both Apple Pies were the Pumpkin and Creme.
2nd time, after work, order a 20pc Nugget, 2 medium fries. Also for BBQ, Sweet and Sour and the Honey Mustard Sauce. I get asked to move to the window as...read full review
