there are no words. the training is clearly inconsistent across the board. they also do not understand how to communicate their bizarre rules with milk. I wanted a latte with 2% and they entered an order for capaccino. they don't make lattes with 2% apparently. so instead of informing me of this rule they just changed my order. this was my 4th day I ordered the same drink but the first time I heard of this rule. lattes and cappuccinos are not the same. I just paid over $6.00 for a large latte. They said they raised prices. Even Starbucks does not charge that much for grange latte. Nothing better that rise prices during pandemic and take advantage of people because there is nowhere else to go for espresso coffee. I will never ever go again. Very disappointed in the owner.
I can support any business that supports this movement.
