Marie is a wonderful woman, and her team is just as great. she is flexible with anything you could ever want to eat, and it is always service with a smile. i would highly recommend her for any future catered events.
Took my brother and a good friend on a grouse hunt last fall. Spoke with Marie a few weeks in advance and planned out a few suppers following grouse and woodcock hunting. We have always eaten at the local restaurants and have been pleased. That being said, I wish we would have met Marie years ago! She let us choose the menu, gave suggestions for picky eaters (them not me) and provided several evenings of dining that were so far beyond my expectations I cannot begin to convey...
Our party of three dined with Marie several nights of a grouse hunting trip to Phillips, WI. Best decision we could have made! Marie gave great advice, great suggestions and couldn't have been more accomodating. Her food is amazing. She cooks way better than we shoot! Can't wait til next season's trip.
