“I’m back here again and let me tell you this is a must stop place!! Not only do they serve Wisconsin favorites, but their elevated menu offers dishes that rival big-city restaurants. Their Friday fish special is unbeatable. This past Friday they had scallops which were perfectly seared, buttery, and paired with vibrant seasonal flavors. Actually the corn from the dish was from a local farm stand, delicious. We also got the beet & goat cheese salad, a delectable contrast of sweet, tangy, and nutty flavors. For drinks I went with the The Lime in the Coconut which is a fun take on a daiquiri with coconut cream, lime, and a hint of Tajín for balance. The creative drink list—featuring favorites like the Dragon Rita Tini and James Hendrix—makes this the perfect place for dinner and drinks.”

“We've had brisket across the US, and this was surprisingly the best we've had. To be honest, we were headed to Roadhouse for pizza, and they were closed. Our son said J's was recommended by his friends in Madison who went there. A little resistant to go, we went, and we were not disappointed. We will definitely be back. The rub on their brisket is out of this world!!! The service was also top-notch!!! I highly recommend it!!!”

“Stopped quick while driving through town for work. The space was clean and the atmosphere was super relaxing. A perfect place to grab a cup and work, if I had more time. The girls behind the counter were incredibly sweet and super knowledgeable. Even recommended if I’m ever back through and in a hurry, I can call an order in ahead. I got the Irish Nut Iced Latte and it’s fantastic. Not too heavy but enough flavors that compliment each other. I took a menu to go and will definitely be back for the food next time! 5/5 🌟”

“My Aunt and I today completed a 11 mile hike, but unfortunately got stranded, and neither Uber nor Taxi service would drive us to our car 8 miles away. After showering us with delicious wine, Diane from Vines & Rushed Winery drove us herself to our car. Extremely blessed for her kindness, and highly recommend Vines & Rushes Winery!! ❤️”

Hadn’t been here in a few years, took a boat ride today and stopped for lunch. Quaint, clean, and with a very friendly bartender (who we found out is the manager).
Cold drinks, nice band to listen to (Jim and Nancy), and GREAT food!

“First time to try this take and bake freshly made pizza in Oshkosh, WI on Westowne Dr. Menu choice of half&half was perfect for the two of us. Delicious! Original crust, red sauce, pepperoni/sausage, mushrooms, mixed onions. Not too spicy, good coverage of mozzarella, cheeses and ingredients. Definitely will order again, using the convenient app.”

“I had the orange chicken with pork fried rice and an order of crab rangoons—everything was fresh, hot, and full of flavor! The orange chicken had the perfect balance of sweetness and zest, and the pork fried rice was delicious on its own. The crab rangoons were crispy and creamy, just how I like them. On top of the great food, the customer service was incredibly sweet and welcoming. You can tell they care about their guests. Definitely one of the best Chinese spots in Oshkosh—I’ll be back! It was also priced so reasonably!”

“food at china 1 in ripon, by far the best within 30 miles of wautoma. food fresh especially vegetables, cooked properly. plentiful. service quick and prices good. we ordered crab rangoon. 5.99 for 5. crispy, not greasy, a snap when you bite into it. i ordered tempura appetizer vegetables with shrimp, same thing. shrimp fresh with good bite[no strong odor or flavor.] tempura awesome with a nice crack when you bit into it. my wife ordered chicken kung pao. all super fresh. too much to eat. made with peppers, broccoli, mushrooms, pea pods, celery, carrots, zucchini all fresh. sauce not greasy or too thick like gelatin .highly recommend. decor was clean, contemporary and fresh looking, not old out of style and dusty like many we have tried. oh! and prices very affordable.”
