“Some friends and I recently rented the upper mezzanine space at the Artist and Fare building. Russ was so wonderful to work with leading up to our event and helped us solidify all the details. He was incredibly professional as well as accommodating at every turn.We were beyond happy with the amazing taco/nacho/fajita bar they catered for our lunch. The service downstairs, attaining our drinks, as well as interactions with the catering staff were excellent. Russ’ sons, in particular, were so attentive to our food situation upstairs whilst waiting on customers downstairs. I was extremely impressed with their thoughtfulness while checking in on us.The upper mezzanine is such a beautiful space and it was such a blessing to be able to utilize it. We were able to move the tables and chairs around to best accommodate our event and the 20 attendees. We weren’t even asked to take care of any of the tables of chairs afterwards which was so amazing. Thanks you so much to Russ and his wonderful team for making our event truly special and memorable! ❤️“
“In the past, I have enjoyed Panera soup and sandwiches, but this time, not so much. I went there with my family and we all ordered soup and sandwiches, and a soup was forgotten. We noticed it didn't get added to the bill when we looked to see why it wasn't on our tray. So instead of comping the soup, we were charged so there wasn't the buy 2 deal, so we paid extra for their mistake. Kind of frustrating and not even an apology. Guess customer service wasn't a thing that afternoon. Also, the Chipotle chicken sandwich in my order was very blah. I wouldn't order it again. And two of our soups were luke warm. At almost $90 for our order, I'd expect better food and service. Guess I won't be going to a Panera again for a long time...“
“Saw this in the "Wisconsin" magazine. We are retired, so went for breakfast. They were about an hour away. The food was delicious, kind of overpowering on the amount of food, but the prices were higher than usual, so maybe that had effect on the portion of food. It really was very good. They were very busy, but service was good. I don't think we would go back. We are modest people, wasn't at all impressed with the waiters dress. I really didn't think it helped the professional status of the restaurant. That is the only reason we wouldn't do back. It was a very nice place, great food. They only offer a senior discount on Tuesday and Thursday.“
“Breakfast quiche needed a pinch of salt and pepper. Amazing customer service, Tina not just made me feel at home, professional and knowledgeable her way around. Warmed up the morning bun, suggested a couple of things that were popular in the menu. Next time I will ll try them. The warm cheese strawberry morning bun was yummy and comforting.Good coffee!“
“Amazing food love the chicken salad sandwich and honestly anything you order there is amazing, everything is real fresh and made up right, owner is really awesome and they work real hard. The place is clean and set up well. Keep up the good work. God bless“
“Always great coffee, great service, and lovely atmosphere at Ruby. Weird thing to comment on, but I love that I don't leave Ruby smelling like burnt coffee, maybe a slight coffee aroma, but nothing where I'd need to change clothes or layer on perfume. Coffee is definitely on the pricer side for the Point area, but worth it for a treat.“
