Never a problem with the food, but every person working here is just miserable. Nothing but monotone grunts. No greetings, no thank you's. This isn't a one time thing. It's consistent and every time I go through the drive through. Time for a customer service 101 for all the kids who work here.
I wasn’t able to catch the man’s name working tonight at 9pm but he was obviously in a rush and was still respectful, polite, and kind. He did get me my food quickly as it seemed he was the only one working. Cooking and working the window. He did awesome even with dealing with a difficult customer right in front of me. Thank you sir and give that man the appreciation he deserves.

Went last night at around 9 and the woman working (septum piercing) was amazing! She was running around and got my things together quickly and efficiently. I believe she said she was new but you would never be able to tell. The food was hot and the fries were fresh. All in all an amazing experience I don’t get at other McDonald’s. Set the bar high.
