This is a very clean and well-appointed small multiplex carved out of the original Portage Theater from the 1920's. I drove from Madison to see the new western, Rust, which was not showing in Madison. It was as other reviewers said: the staff were pleasant and efficient, and the popcorn was good and cheap. The screens are a bit small, but so are the screening rooms, so you can get a nice view. I don't really remember the sound system, but I certainly don't remember...
We came to see a movie tonight Saturday 2-8-25. The staff up front was most professional and informative. This theater has came a long ways! Big ahout out to tonight's crew thank you very much.
Amazing theater. Sound system is incredible. Many different theaters inside with VERY comfortable reclining chairs. Great concessions. The staff is well seasoned and helpful. Super clean. Such a hidden gem!
