The staff here is Always so accommodating and polite despite all the snotty nitpicky people that come in from Lake Wisconsin.

Eating in here often, I Listen to how the customers talk to the staff and its very upsetting to me, I Couldnt do what they do..

so I always tip them well because people in that area Dont know how good they got it, I Travel for work, and this is Thee very Best Subway on my route 100%“

“Food was amazing, even with them being short staffed and some RUDE customer, the service was great and I commend the employees for how they handled said customer. Only thing I regret was not ordering more of the wraps! They were delicious (I got honey mustard and one ranch)“

“Floors and tables were super clean, Kade was amazing and super kind to everyone. All the employees were amazing and you can tell that the food was made with effort, burgers didn’t have cheese half off of the bun, wrapped well and also gave extra fries and as you can tell my friend loves them. “I was at the DeForest Culver in DeForest, WI, for a meet & greet date. The front end of the store where you ordered food was clean & orderly. Employees all had proper uniforms & were clean. The order taker was friendly & greeted us with a pleasant smile. Our food was ordered w/o incident. The soda fountain was clean, & all soda dispensers’ were in working order & clean. Ample lids & condiments were in their designation. Once again, clean & orderly. When the server was bringing our order out, it turned out to have the incorrect order number on it. After walking around trying to find our table, the server asked what we ordered? It was our food. The food was still hot & we enjoyed the meal. Four stars were given due to the mix up of the order number & delay of receiving our order.

The sitting area had several tables that were yet to be cleaned. As I was sitting down at a table, I noticed a special needs individual. He came out & started to clean off the table & sweep the floor. He was also talking to himself loudly.The individual would come up on our table with the broom where we would have to lift our feet due to the broom being taken under our feet. He was also talking to himself; of which, we didn’t care until it was vocalized quite loud right beside us. This, would interfere in our conversation(s). He made it a point to stay & clean right next to us. Very distracting. This is why I gave the “Atmosphere,”three stars.

To sum up our visit, the meals came out suitable, even with the incorrect order number; of course, fresh.The distraction of the employee in the seating area was a bit hindering. I wouldn’t expect it any other way from Culver’s. All-in-all, the meet & great, the food turned out good & a clean Culver’s made an excellent evening. I would highly recommend the DeForest Culver’s. Enjoy your meal(s) :)“

“A very modern looking interior, with plenty of seating for its amount of diners. Atmosphere seems cold and not welcoming. The food is as expected and the workers are polite and attentive. Some times things get missed as they try to get you taken care of quickly. They are always willing to fix things easily.“

“It's just Taco Bell right? WRONG! The Taco Bell in DeForrest WI was freaking amazing. Walked in with 5 hangry kids and 2 fed up parents. Took to long to order, Had to pee. And sleep deprived to boot.

This place was fast, accurate, cleaner than I have ever seen a Taco Bell. And on top of it all, the manager came out like 3 times to make sure it was up to par for everyone in the place.

If that wasn't great enough, we didn't even gas each other out afterwards. So well done by the crew I even stopped to compliment them before I left. Something I never do because its too peopley trying to.

Corporate needs to give the whole staff a raise.“

“Absolutely the friendliness most helpful staff when it came to modifying my Uber delivery orders 2 nights in a row. I need the bus removed and that option isn’t available on the ap-please fix that.
Most of the time it’s a hassle asking for modifications-but the staff at the store went ABOVE & BEYOND!
The portions are large & they taste great on my GF bread at home. Thank You Arby’s!!!!“
