McDonald's in Racine

“This is by far THE BEST McDonald's in the whole state. I loved it there. Food was super fresh, delicious, they put all the sauces and additions I requested along with very good service. Location is very clean and has lots of nice seating. I recommend you check it out!“

“This location has single handedly turned itself around in the service department exceptionally well. The team currently working is definitely committed to assuring great quality, and upholding the classic McDonald's standards. Emphasis on classic, as you can't commonly find service like this much anymore. Kudos to you Lathrop team! Keep up the great work!

My Atmosphere rating has nothing to do with local means, more so corporate wide for McDonald's. The Atmosphere of McDonald's should be happy, fun, bright, and exciting. Especially for the children, let alone I'd rather see McDonald's happy again as well. The interior design is extremely lack luster compared to its former glory, but again this is brand wide. The play zone in itself has been shrunk and reduced. As a child, I remember having endless fun getting lost after barely finishing my happy meal. Times change, just an adjustment I don't prefer.

To end my ranting review, thank you again Lathrop team for continued improvement.

“Quick drive thu, and I guess I was less than wowed.. The server was fabulous and smiled, and it was very polite and personable. She gets the praise today. The QuaterPounder was dry, definitely not fresh. It could have been a kids' meal cheese burger (quality)“

“Ordered a fish sandwich. They were two for $6 I assumed one would be $3. The sandwich wasn’t hot, not on the bun snd the fries were cold and old. Those two things cost my over $7. Crazy!
Very disappointed in this McDonald’s. You don’t mind paying if the food is good.“

“I eat at the one on Douglas Street in Racine, Wisconsin basically every day . Everyone is polite Most of the time i go through the drive through. On occasion i have eaten inside of the restaurant. I think the employees are hard working and i certainly as a customer appreciate their work. I have been in the lines where there are a lot of cars and the employees apologize for the long wait. It does make the customer feel valued and less stressed. They are very efficient at taking the orders. This is my go to McDonald’s because of the employees and how pleasant they are of course the good food. Along with a clean restaurant. I usually visit twice a day and even buy my dog Wrinkles a plain hamburger which he loves. I will make sure to add a picture to my next post or update this one.“

“Wow found a McDonalds's we like, great customer service, no attitudes, all the employees had smiles, parking lot and restaurant were clean, but the food was premade and not as hot as it should have been. Other than that we will stop here again .“

“I've been to this particular McDonald's over the years more times then I care to even recount. I remember in the past it was so bad they had to have police presence to greet you at night. Got to meet many of Racine's finest here Officer Dan Small and many others.It seems much more organized now.The wait time is much better since they got the kiosk. The food while it tastes decent always upsets my stomach for some reason whether it is a breakfast or a burger it never fails to cause gas and bloating. So now I only come here when I want to clear my digestive system!“
