Ruben’s Tacos is a food truck putting out seriously legit Mexican food, from tacos to loaded burgers. The Hawaiian Burger is straight fire, juicy, packed with flavor, and cooked perfect. The tacos al pastor are super flavorful, perfectly charred, and the seasoning is on point. A chicken quesodilla and agua de horchata are good, and the dudes who run it are cool, 10 outta 10. The quesdilla with chicken and cheese is delicious. The service is very fast and very friendly. The Chimichanga is good, a nice size, with fine seasoning that fills you up. Their food is delicious, and they are awesome.
