“Went at 9am on a Wednesday and they had ONE employee working by herself. My breakfast items, crunchwraps, were super hot and fresh. Poor girl was overwhelmed doing drive-thru, food line, and front. Management should probably step up and help out!“
“Taco Bell isn’t somewhere I ever expected to write a review for yet, here we are. I’m so indecisive on food. The guy that took my order was so patient and more than happy to help with my ridiculous questions. THEN, I get to the window and the most adorable woman was packing up my order. She turned around, even clearly very busy, and still took the time to give me the sweetest compliment. To make matters EVEN BETTER, the rest of the staff joined in the mini “hype up” session for me. As a woman in the blue collar world, just off a 12 hour shift in the rain, mud, etc., I showed up exhausted and in my pjs. They made my entire week. I cannot emphasize how much I disagree with the negative reviews and I feel so sad for anyone that didn’t have this experience as this whole crew was so beautiful! ❤️“
“We had a pretty big order and they ended up missing two of our churro packs. So I called and they made it more than better! They let me know that I could come back and pick up the churros and they would make us something else too, So not only did they make it right by giving us our two packs of churros they threw in a third pack for free and a large nacho fry. This is more than made up for the missing food.“
