“Despite the faulty equipment and apparent lack of support from upper management to fix said equipment the employee’s appear to have pride in their work and have delivered top notch results for me every single time. Worth noting is tonight’s third shift crew who prepared a big order to perfection without a fully functional speaker system in a noisy environment due to rain. Ownership get your heads on straight and help out your team; inefficiencies in your leadership are glaringly obvious.“

“Went at 9am on a Wednesday and they had ONE employee working by herself. My breakfast items, crunchwraps, were super hot and fresh. Poor girl was overwhelmed doing drive-thru, food line, and front. Management should probably step up and help out!“

“I just wanted to leave a review because this location consistently goes above and beyond. The service here is always excellent, and the food quality is honestly some of the best I’ve had at any Taco Bell. Everything is fresh, made well, and you can tell the team actually cares.

A special thank you to Diego, the manager, for running such a great store and creating such a positive experience. Also, there is a friendly lady who is always so kind and welcoming every time I come in — she truly makes people feel appreciated and taken care of.

This is easily the best Taco Bell in Racine in my opinion. The kindness, professionalism, and care from the workers does not go unnoticed. Thank you all for consistently providing amazing service and great food!“
