Fast service and delicious food.
We were a little skeptical at first when trying it for the first time. Usually sweet n sour sauces all taste about the same. Not here, it has a taste of cinnamon or something close to it, to give it a flavor other places we have had in Racine/Kenosha area.. Would definitely recommend this place to eat..

The dumplings are a highlight, with great flavor and size. The restaurant is usually clean, even when coming close to closing time. The fried rice is good, and the Chicken w/mixed vegetables is highly recommended for its freshness and flavor, though it may contain a little less chicken. Delivery is reliable, with food arriving early and always fresh, including favorites like sweet & sour chicken with crispy, melt-in-your-mouth nuggets and delicious teriyaki chicken on a stick. Despite some issues with meat portions in certain dishes, the overall quality is consistently good. Rong Hua has the potential to be a great dining experience with tasty dishes at reasonable prices.
