On Valentine's Day today (and my wife and my anniversary) we pulled into the Rhinelander drive-thru because we were in the mood for hot cocoa. I ordered two hot cocoas and proceeded to move forward to the window to pay. When the window opened I extended my hand holding the money and he shook his head as if to say "no." I had a sip refresher and I wasn't aware that it was different flavors and I ordered a mango peach strawberry pink dragon and Thaylen, the cashier told me that it was different flavors but said if I wanted he could make it all together. He was very friendly and professional. I also ordered a pumpkin donut which was very good. The drink was very good also. They have a relaxed dining setting with 2 leather chairs.

I’ve been in the area for 5 months training.. came here almost every single day. Not only is the staff friendly & inviting.. they are professional, polite, fast. Never got my order wrong. Always told me to have a good day & even started making convo with me because I came so often🤣 best Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been too.
