Always a friendly conversation at pick-up and same great taste as the original Carbone’s east side St Paul location. I recommend ordering your pizza extra crispy. Really brings out the flavor.
Well first off, it’s not a place you can go sit and eat at, and it’s a bit of a dump inside. The guy working the counter that took my order was very friendly. I ordered a sub. It was ok at best. There are things on their menu that they don’t have anymore, like chips with the sub.
I can’t say enough of how much I appreciated the gentleman that was working. He saw I had crutches and before I even got out the gentleman came out and asked if I needed help. He was so nice. I’ve always loved Carbones and to have employees that provide such great customer service is so great.
