“12-17-22 sat at bar this evening to see if I was going to get the same great service as sitting in restaurant area. I should not have thought any less Ana the bartender was alone at bar, restaurant not too busy but steady this gal handled both drinks and surrounding tables perfectly. She knew who was next and properly took care of in order. I had asked how chicken wings were cooked she said fried (yes) I asked if celery was served she said no, but when my extra crispy (my request) wings came to me there were celery sticks !! I also had the soup, cream of chicken and it was wonderful creamy and oh so good. This is a place for great food (kudos to the chef!!) friendly staff, priced right and you don’t leave hungry!!”

“We have been impressed with Papillions everytime we visit, we love their Cheese Fries (a whole order will literally feed all 3 of us and then some). Plus we recently used there back room for my baby sprinkle and everything was perfect, would recommend for anybody. Our waitress for the party was super nice and we generally have no complaints of the staff.”

“Generally speaking the service at Culver’s is great but tonight I decided I wanted a sundae and would patronize the Culver’s in Rothschild needless to say I felt like I was a bother to the server in the drive up when I drove up to pay. I asked for covers for my order and she acted like I was putting her out and no thank you! Just not a good experience tonight.”

“I thought it was very good food for the price. Everything was hot and ready on the buffet. The dining room was spacious and the music was low. No complaints, except about the wait staff. Don't expect much other than being led to your table. Sept 2023”

“We did an online order that my wife picked up on her way home. They mixed up our breads to sandwiches. Wife got home 15 minutes from store. I called about the mix up and Michael got us refunded and apologized. Like he had a thought their was a mix up. It would have been a huge issue but me and my wife have food allergies thar cross each other. I couldn't eat the really big mistake because I don't eat mayo or ranch and my wife cannot eat oregano. Very stratified with the fixing.”

“Sam's Pizza for the win. I walked in for my pick up today and was treated like family. I had not been there for a while and was greeted by name and handed my pizza before I could even get my wallet. They were also very busy but not busy enough to treat everyone there the same as they treated me. Of course the pizza and garlic bread were amazing. This place is a Wausau landmark for a reason. Thank you Sam's Pizza !!”
