Burger Restaurants near Saint Croix Falls

“The burgers are smash burger style. There was a line of customers when we went right as they opened. I had a burger with jalapeños but I didn't think it had much of a kick, even with the sauce and pepper jack cheese. It wasn't bad, but I would have liked more heat. The fries were good. My teenagers would like it but this is a lunch restaurant and the hours don't really work for us. With their hours, only Saturdays during the school year would be an option plus none of us work in SCF so the adults aren't in town during the week at lunchtime. They are open seasonally which is understandable since this establishment does not have indoor seating. I do look forward to trying the other burgers here if I get the opportunity. We have wanted to go before but they have either been closed or the limited hours meant we couldn't go for an evening meal. It's a nice lunch option.“

“Service was fast and with a smile. We came in on a Sunday (8/14)morning and there was a line in the drive thru to the road. inside was just as busy. Once our food was received we were thanked for our patience. As we sat there and ate we could hear the staff giving themselves props for the excellent work they had done. Great job everyone!! Thank you for the effort you put in and that you did it with a smile!“

“Really cool spot in Taylors Falls very close to the river with plenty of seating. Great burgers, homemade root beer and more. Mini golf attached which is great for something to do with kids or a hot date ☺️“

“The place is a little dark but don’t be scared the staff and patrons are friendly. Stopped in on a Sunday afternoon and people were rolling in with their side by sides to have a late lunch. Great broasted chicken and burgers made fresh. Fries were delicious- we will certainly be back.“

“Dresser Pizzeria catered a wedding I photographed last weekend and the food was OUTSTANDING! The couple had a pasta bar with various options, salad, and garlic bread... everything was amazing! Food was hot, fresh, and delicious, and the staff was kind and attentive. Highly recommend!“

“Food is great!! Burgers are the best we've ever had. I like what they've done with my grandfather's old cafe (Shafer's). Service could be better. It can be super calm, barely any people and the servers just stand around, talk to coworkers, don't check up on us. Last night our server didn't even check on us. She was there to take our orders and then give us the receipt at the end. She decided to chat with the bartender after we asked for boxes and were ready to pay. And again, didn't even check on us at all even though they weren't busy. But the amazing food keeps us coming back. It's pricey, about $50 for two people to get burgers and one appetizer, but it's delicious. Kudos to the chef.“

“My wife and I had lunch there on Oct 18th and were so impressed! The food was great and came out very hot and fresh from the kitchen. The servers were so nice and were working hard to get everyone drinks and food. We recommend stopping in on a nice day and eat outside.“
