“We were here this weekend & ordered our usual breakfast sandwiches & I had Chai Tea. Today, I ordered the most delicious Mushroom Brie soup (I know, who wants soup in the summer, but so good!!) I also ordered the Turkey Club & could only eat 1/2 of a 1/2. It was the best Club sandwich & on sourdough bread!! “Sorry this review is so late! My husband and I got married in October 2025, and we wanted to wait until we received our professional wedding photos before posting our review.

We used Loven Oven for our wedding cake, and there were so many things we genuinely loved. The cake was delicious, they had a wonderful variety of options to choose from, and we especially loved being able to have three different flavors within one cake.

About nine months before our wedding, we worked with Loven Oven on our vision for a five-tier wedding cake. The five-tier design was important to us and was something we had been envisioning for months.

Our final guest count ended up being smaller than originally anticipated, and we completely understood why Loven Oven contacted us about the change in price. We appreciated them making us aware of it. Where things became frustrating was that, just one week before our wedding, the proposed solution was to change our five-tier cake to a four-tier cake.

Although our guest count had decreased, we still wanted the original five-tier design and the amount of cake we had planned. We had chosen three different flavors and wanted our guests to have the opportunity to try them. We would have preferred to simply be given the choice of reducing the cake or paying the difference to keep the original design.

We ended up having to call several times to preserve the five-tier cake, which added some unnecessary stress during an already very busy week before our wedding. Thankfully, Loven Oven ultimately listened to us and honored the design we had planned.

When we saw the cake on our wedding day, it was exactly what we had envisioned, and it tasted delicious! We’re also really glad we kept the amount of cake we originally wanted. Even with our smaller guest count, there wasn’t very much left at the end of the night. Our guests were able to enjoy the different flavors, and we still had some cake to take home afterward.

Overall, Loven Oven made us a beautiful and delicious five-tier wedding cake with three flavors that our guests could enjoy. We’re grateful that they ultimately honored our original design. Our only criticism was the unnecessary stress surrounding the proposed change so close to the wedding; otherwise, we were very happy with how our cake turned out.“
