“Great friendly environment and the staff is always on top of things I went in for food and drinks a few times with friends and always had a great time and they offer a good variety of specials for food and drinks the cupids kiss ice cream drink special for valentine's day was my favorite and the lucky charms drink for St. Patrick's day was one to order again I wish I could have taken some pictures of both drinks because they were almost works of art and very picture presentable worthy as far as the food the pizza is delicious and steak nachos made me come back for more I also loved how they did meat raffles and other community events here even if you don't drink and don't eat much this place is definitely still a great place to meet up with old friends or make new ones so if you need a night out wild one or not this is the place to head to if old Dale isn't in Tim will definitely take goodcare of you check it out and have some fun“

“Read reviews about the pizza, so had to try it. It did not disappoint. Great sauce. Good cheese. Sausage very good. Crust crispy. Only negative was it was a little too salty. “They have REALLY good burgers! The people are very friendly. I suggest the Hill Burger, it is made from a proprietary fresh burger mixture (as are all their burgers). Charbroiled deliciousness! The fries are crispy & very good as well. With their new pool hall being built I say people should check it out for sure!“

“We live 5 hours south of Wasau and visit the area for ski trips a few times a year. One of the first places we stop after checking into a hotel is Malarkey's. Now, don't misunderstand this review as someone who hasn't had good Wisconsin food and cheese before, but Malarkey's does it up right. Everything we've ever eaten here has been absolutely delicious, and we can't find anything better for pub fare style food. The cheese curds themselves I can't stop thinking about for days after getting back home. Heck, I'm writing this review two weeks after last visiting because the Malarkey's cheese curds were on my mind!In addition to the food, the atmosphere and service is rock solid. Every time we visit, Tony greets us and remembers us from visiting before. I'm not sure how he does it because we only have a chance to visit a Wasau a couple times a year, which usually ends up being about 5 or 6 Pub stops.This is our go-to spot for drinks and food. It's the first place we get food when we get into town, and the last place we eat before leaving for back home.“
“The food and service here are both good. The waitress was attentive and food tastes wonderfully homemade but be aware of their policies for credit card fees and charging for every refill on soda. I wish places would tell you that before they serve you. We could’ve been ok with one soda, and saved $2.50 plus extra money in a credit card fee! We are far less likely to make this part of our regular restaurant rotation now.“

“Very nice place. Staff went out of their way to make us welcome. The Pho is very good but you have to ask for it ahead of time. I personally found the Pad Thai very excellent with a little chili paste to heat it up a little. They have a nice deck out back for sitting and overlooking the water. We look forward to visiting again.“
“Came to this restaurant as was told about $.50 boneless wings on Sundays. Got garlic Parmesan and Chipotle sauces which were both good. I had the salmon wrap which was fantastic with beer battered fries and my husband had the Beast burger with crinkle fries. He said it was good just a little dry for his taste. We both also had a Bloody Mary with horseradish, mine was spicy and his was not. He thought my spicy one was too spicy but I enjoyed it that way! Definitely want to go back again! On top of the food being great, the waitress was great, it was my husbands birthday so she surprised us with 2 shots that were so good I asked her what they were, she said it was pineapple upside down cake. She even held a candle for my husband to blow out. then when we went up to bar to pay for our dinner, she gave an extra chip to get a free drink when we come back. Much appreciated great service!“
