Went here Friday night to celebrate 45 year anniversary for a relative who drove 1 hr on our recommends of this restaurant, because we had a good experience in past. Got seated quickly and felt rushed the whole visit. Drinks ordered enjoyed some conversation ordered meal and it came in good time. As soon as someone looked like they were even close to being done eating our waitress was there within 1 min clearing plates, which normally is fine but before we were close to finishing...read full review

Wonderful relaxing venue. Service was courteous, fast and friendly. Our waiter answered all our questions professionally. Food was fresh and DELICIOUS!! We celebrated a family birthday and she got a yummy piece of cheesecake! The cheese curds, pretzel, blackberry salad, mac and cheese, elk burgers and beer cheese burgers were all fantastic. The drinks were perfect, thank you!!

Sconni's Alehouse & Eatery is an underrated gem of a restaurant. The patio is a really neat place to grab a drink and some great food, and the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is amazing, with a somewhat upscale menu and specials while keeping fair prices. Specific meals enjoyed include the birria taco and sweet potato fries with dill dip, creamy potato soup, Pork tacos with Mango salsa, a great burger, a Caesar salad with grilled chicken, a Scotch egg which was delicious and done perfectly, the Elk Burger, house mac and cheese, and Cajun shrimp pasta. The service is great, and the atmosphere is fun. This would be a top pick, possibly a favorite spot in Wausau.
