Seven of our family went here for a late lunch last Saturday. It was in between ballgames for grandson. I looked at reviews, some not great, for various reasons. But I, and family very pleased. Our waitress was delightful, and checked in on us too. Food choices were plentiful, as nowadays some places, menu barely a page. Portions really good sized, and value for that, made me very happy to pick up that tab!?
Your quintessential small town diner, plenty of open seating, and the wait staff hustling and bustling about cleaning. Our service was very attentive and fast. Honestly I have to say.. one of the best damn patty melts I've ever had in my life and it hit the spot in more ways than one. It was done perfectly on marble rye..
