Service matters. I was a pretty loyal customer. 3 out of 7 days per week. But since new owner(s), and I was very disappointed the times I went after. I haven't went back until last weekend. Not my choice of place to go.Customer service matters. My money matters.
Saw a show here. I really liked the atmosphere! Paid $20 to get in which was absolutely ridiculous, and I was charged $2 for a non-alcoholic drink. From the amount of money they made that night, I'm sure that they wouldn't have missed out on much for not charging for those. It got way too hot as well, and the fans were off the entire night for some reason.
