“I stopped in for a beer while driving through Somerset. Very reasonably priced beers! The shots list is awesome, I loved the names of the shots. Staff was friendly and overall good atmosphere. They have a nice smoking patio and a very accessible parking lot. I will have tocome back to try the food but overall a great experience. “Surprisingly good food. The haddock and chips is among the best I've had in recent memory. The service is awful. Our waitron apologized profusely and repeatedly for not knowing anything about the menu or basically anything about the food ...in an almost empty restaurant, it took 15 to 20 minutes for her to appear at our table after I went to the bar to ask what was going on. I mainly felt sorry for her, she was clearly untrained. Ambience is your basic Wisconsin sports bar/tavern/warehouse space with a big bar in the middle. It's on the main road between Stillwater and Osceola, and has the best food between either, although the bar for cuisine is pretty low.“

“This place gives me a new experience every time I go there, which is only about once a quarter. I’ve taken my wife, brother, and dad there on separate occasions, and they all had fun (and my wife hates bars). Inexpensive burgers and stiff drinks. Keep up the good work.“
“Awesome place! Unbelievably awesome Brussels sprouts appetizer!!! Service was great. We had our 2 year old granddaughter with and they gave us an awesome corner with a couch, 2 comfy chairs by our table and treated her lIke a queen. The servers were great and chatted with her, AND took such good care of us... WE WILL BE BACK!!!!! GREAT FOOD!!!!Kid-friendliness: Very, very kid friendly. Treated us so nice!“
“Took my family here for lunch on our family vacation to Wisconsin. My sister told me about their buy one get one half off burger basket on Tuesdays. We went to try it and we were not disappointed! They make the cheeseburgers and French fries fresh to order. They tasted amazing. My boys cleaned their plates. We also ordered the cheese curds for an appetizer and they were delicious as well. The bartender/cook did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. We will be back!“

“Headed to the Brookside bar and Grill with my sister and my brother-in-law. It is warm and cozy inside this pub. Beer was delicious with many choices, the food was also very good, and our server was Rosie, who was one of the owners. The atmosphere was very warm with two TVs above the bar, and a very large outdoor area that is open during the summer with live music. It was great conversation between the three of us as we ate our early dinner and enjoyed our beers. There is definitely a plan to come back during the summer months and enjoy the outdoor music and the large patio and back. If you're ever visiting along the St. Croix river between Minnesota and Wisconsin, I suggested you visit this beautiful bar and grill and enjoy a good meal. Say 'Hi' to Rosie for me!“
“This place is off the beaten path…located in a residential area, so easy parking. We sat outside. There is a lot of outdoor seating. We did not go inside. I had the Chipotle Chicken sandwich with a side salad. I thought the food was good, but slightly overpriced.“
