Little Caesars Pizza provides excellent customer service, even in the face of mistakes. The staff, including the new manager and jessica G, are apologetic, friendly, and polite. Orders are ready as expected, and sometimes even come with a pleasant surprise, like an extra pizza. Despite occasional errors, the restaurant makes things right and exceeds customer expectations.
