I loved my black garlic ramen (that isn’t the exact name but…). The pork was really good- I’m usually concerned it will be too fatty but this was great. They have some seasoning at the tables you can add if you’d like. I also got the spicy pot stickers but I did not find them spicy at all though they were flavorful and quite tasty.
I’ve eaten Ramen from coast to coast and even in Asia… This place is doing it right! You can tell they go the extra mile by cooking from scratch.
Pleasantly surprised to find such good Ramen in a very small town in the middle of Wisconsin.

Talk about a hidden gem! I say this as this was my first visit to Sparta, and I was lucky enough to experience some of the best food I've ever had! I came for lunch and it was sooooo delicious that I ordered different items for carry out for supper and was equally impressed. I tried Tonkatsu, Tonkatsu Black (with extra pork, crispy onions, and crunchy garlic) and their gyoza. I can guarantee that if I'm ever in a 30-minute vicinity again that I will be ordering again....
