The friendly service that they provide.
This used to be one of our favorite Culver's locations. But their curbside orders are a mess at this point. We are having situations where we order for pickup at 5:27 and we check in at 5:22 and they still don't get our food out to us until 5:40. It wasn't until I called the store, twice because they didn't answer the first time that they finally sent out my food.
