I called with a concern about a curb that I tripped on while carrying my three-year-old daughter, from which an injury resulted to her head and damage to my phone. When I called after several days of not having my call returned from the store manager, the store manager, Heidi, said that she did get my message and looked into it and it was not able to do anything for my phone and therefore did not call me back to let me know. So…I thought everyone would know how to make a bagel…I was wrong…they always burn it! would you want to eat a burnt bagel? NO! so don’t serve BURNT FRICKEN BAGEL!(also spread cream cheese more normal)
