“This Qdoba can really be hit or miss depending on how you order. In my personal experience it's best if you actually go inside and order vs. drive thru or using a delivery service. The staff seem kind enough despite seeming short staffed. They are usually really quick with inside orders and the drive thru seems to take about 5-10 minutes longer at least.“

The tacos are great too—simple, flavorful, and never greasy. I usually go for a taco combo or the Meat & Potato Burrito, which is super filling and always hits the spot. I’ve also tried their churros and breakfast items, and everything has been solid.

Service is always quick and friendly, even during busy hours. I’ve never had an order messed up, and I appreciate that they take care to make everything fresh. The staff actually seem like they care, which makes the experience even better.

Another big plus is the pricing. It’s super affordable for what you get, especially compared to other fast food chains. The Six-Pack and a Pound® deal is a steal if you’re feeding a few people—or just really hungry.

“I was told I had to use the kiosk to order in the building and I immediately reacted with I will be going someplace else. At that moment an employee stepped up and volunteered to show me how to use the kiosk and I was grateful for him to step forward. I shook the man's hand and appreciated him giving me the demo of how to order what I like from Taco Bell. Now I might be even more interested in using a kiosk moving forward
