Our food was phenomenal, we ordered seconds of the Jamaican goat and the duck wontons. The restaurant offered to let us sample the fall dessert menu ahead of time for free, this was the best restaurant experience I've ever had, you've got a life long customer from here on out. “Place is an oxymoron. We had the most incredible filets- cut like butter. One medium and the other medium rare, just as we ordered. Then the desert came. Tacky costco brand individual terimisu. I wouldn’t recommend any of their desserts, ever. I’ve tried them all over the years. Aside from desserts, every plate is wonderful. Fall menu came out last week- my dog and I are really missing the smoked pork chop. Pet friendly patio with cover from the elements.“

Good draft selection. (32 0z. option, mmm). Cheese curd sampler outstanding. The two of us almost couldn't eat more. Glad we did, though. Double patty smash burger, yummy. Three bacon choices, yummy. (Think large Steak and Shake, but GOOD). Fresh cut fries, battered fries, and tons of menu choices. Will be back.“

Kid-friendliness: I only seen one highchair, but the waitress was so friendly to my son . They let me make changes to the food for things he can’t eat . No fresh fruit sadly.“

“We ate here on 4/27. We were able to sit outside, it was so nice. The view is beautiful. The service was impeccable!! Brittany was our server, she was fantastic and Michael’s attention to quality and detail, second to none!! We were a group of 7 and amongst us, covered burgers, wings, chicken, steak, pasta and appetizers. I had the chicken chowder soup, it was a wonderful meal in itself. Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. Big kudos to the Chef! Highly recommend“

“Mother's Day brunch at the new location of Blue Bear Que. Blue Bear has always offered great smoked BBQ and farm-to-table entrees, sides and desserts, and there is no letdown in food quality with their move to The Nash building in downtown Racine, WI. The restaurant is in the atrium of the Indian motorcycle dealer, with great views of classic bikes while you eat. Sunday brunch was fantastic, from the drinks to the entrees. The smoked pork hash was particularly good! Looking forward to my next visit!“

“We had a lovely experience on the beautiful, secluded patio for my husband's birthday. Our server was Maya, who took very good care of us, and timed our shared plates just right. We had the crab stuffed poblano pepper (delicious), 6 oysters on the half shell (very fresh!) also the tuna sashimi dish, which was outstanding, and the duck tenderloin which was my favorite, and was accompanied with an Asian-inspired slaw. We each had three of the signature cocktails, which were delicious. Overall, an absolutely wonderful evening from start to finish“

We were able to chat with the owner Cathy to learn more about the restaurant and who also made sure we felt welcome and went above and beyond. “This place is the bomb! I grew up in Kenosha and never ventured in... I visited on Friday and and fell in love! I ended up coming back Saturday and Sunday!!
