Fabulous Indian cuisine. I love ethnic food and Swagat is the real deal. So happy to have them in Dubuque now, too. The beautiful historic building and the atmosphere is also great. Definitely recommend.
This was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had since before COVID. The service was absolutely exceptional—from the moment we walked in the door to the last bite of dessert.
