You need to train your employees better, 5 weeks in a row I've gotten the wrong order! It's not complicated, iced decaf, skim, sugar free hazelnut & Splenda, 4 shots of each is standard, this is what I got today. Last two weeks it was vanilla and two weeks before that I was handed someone else's order! How hard is that? I'M DONE!!
