Waitress was good, atmosphere was fun, and the big stone fireplace in the room made the atmosphere feel cozy. With some culinary and recipe research and adding a few key ingredients,the food could be much better! For instance, add a pure maple syrup glaze to the salmon and use local wild rice from the folks from the fond du lac Reservation. Little changes could bring much better tasting food.“
