“Prime Minister provided an amazing meal for over 100 at our Piano Loft 25th anniversary celebration yesterday. We held a large piano recital followed by the dinner. They delivered and set everything up on time. The hot food was hot, and the cold foods were cold. Everything tasted so good! Many people asked who our caterer was and we happily told them! There was more than enough of everything ordered and the whole event went seamlessly. Super helpful, friendly and accommodating in every way.“

“This is a wonderful little Homestead farmhouse that has been converted to a small restaurant and bar. My wife, our son and his girlfriend, and our daughter stopped by on a Saturday around 4:30 PM. The place was uninviting even for a cafeteria, incl. flies and a messy toilet with reams of boxes stored in the hallway. At Noon hour there was just one waitress who pretended to barely notice us and hardly spoke English. The menu showed huge mark-ups from prior prices still visible beneath. As appetizer we ordered the butterfly calamary ($12) which we both love, though not these which were full of chunks of empty breading. The Claypot Seafood ($15) was a large bowl of steamed vegetables containing almost no seafood; asides were bamboo shoots and a mountain of steamed rice. The Pho Steak Brisket ($13) was a large vegetable terrine with thinly sliced meat slivers as tasteless as tough strips of leather. The vegetable stew and broth actually tasted fine, but we were missing the seafood and steak brisket advertised on the menu. Though cost was not the issue, we still felt the $60 tab was overpriced for the all around sorry experience.“

Even though they no longer had an open dining room due to Covid protocols, I did take that chance and ordered takeout. Oh, what a happy day! “This is a very cool restaurant. The atmosphere and decor are very groovy. The menu is very interesting. The red potatoes are kind of hot, so be aware of that.

Came back for a second time. Much more impressed this time. Food was delicious and the vanilla latte got me going. Service was a bit slow, but I think that was due to the amount of customers that felt they are the centre of the universe.

“We went for lunch but I had a sunrise quesadilla which was really good. My husband had a club sandwich which he said was good also. They have a good variety on the menu. We got there about 11:30 and were seated right away but by the time we left people were waiting to be seated. This was a Tuesday. They are very popular. The service was great and friendly. I like my Chinese takeout to be fresh, not-gloppy, with crisp vegetables and flavorful, but not too salty. I don't think they use MSG. More recently, I have ordered from their food through Grub Hub. Unfortunately, the last time Grub Hub screwed up and brought me the wrong order. It wasn't No 1's fault. I called No 1. and they sent the correct order, at their own expense. “I've lived in Cedarburg for 7 years and New Fortune is still my favorite restaurant to this day. The crab rangoons are nice and fried, not too much stuffing so it doesn't get soggy and gross. I typically get either the General Tso's chicken or sesame chicken and it's always perfect. The people and atmosphere are also great.“
