“Prime Minister provided an amazing meal for over 100 at our Piano Loft 25th anniversary celebration yesterday. We held a large piano recital followed by the dinner. They delivered and set everything up on time. The hot food was hot, and the cold foods were cold. Everything tasted so good! Many people asked who our caterer was and we happily told them! There was more than enough of everything ordered and the whole event went seamlessly. Super helpful, friendly and accommodating in every way.“

“Amazing experience! If you are in Milwaukee, make time to stop at Sprecher. The tour is cool, low cost and includes drinks. Book online ahead of time to save your seat and reduce check in time. VERY kid friendly...a favorite from the trip for our crew. They loved that they could try all the different sodas and learn about how they are made. It's definitely a family friendly brewery tour, a nice change of pace when traveling with kids and teens.
The staff were all friendly and helpful, the drinks were delicious and the tour was interesting and informative. Tour guide Jeff was fantastic (dashing good looks and humor too ;)). Get the pretzel! It's giant, delicious and pairs well with the beer and sodas.

“Absolutely amazing first experience. My wife and I had an early dinner there. We had the crab cakes and calamari ( today's daily appetizer special) as appetizer. Absolutely incredible. Great sauces and flavor combinations. Layers of flavor. We ordered the ribeye and the crusted flounder ( another special). The ribeye was juicy, depths of flavor, tender. Topped with sautéed mushrooms and haystack onions. Cooked to perfection. And the au jus was spectacular and tied everything together so well. Au gratin potatoes were a perfect pairing. Even the carrots made you say "wow". The flounder was light and had great flavors. Homemade honey Dijon tartar was a perfect match for the flounder. Oddly enough, the cucumber and tomato salad that topped the fish really tied it all together and made for one amazing bite. Even though we were stuffed, we left just enough room to have dessert.. As someone who is not a dessert fan, their homemade peach cobbler pastry with homemade cinnamon ice cream ( another special) was fantastic. Katie, our server was extremely kind and attentive and her input on dishes was very much appreciated. The fact that the servers get to try daily specials, you can watch the chefs prepare the meal if you sit at the "bar" by the kitchen, and the laughter coming from the kitchen, really iced the cake! “Once and Done ! We made (quite) a trip to experience Le's Pho bc of the glowing reviews it had rec'd on this site. So sorry to say we were sorely disappointed. The place was uninviting even for a cafeteria, incl. flies and a messy toilet with reams of boxes stored in the hallway. At Noon hour there was just one waitress who pretended to barely notice us and hardly spoke English. The menu showed huge mark-ups from prior prices still visible beneath. As appetizer we ordered the butterfly calamary ($12) which we both love, though not these which were full of chunks of empty breading. The Claypot Seafood ($15) was a large bowl of steamed vegetables containing almost no seafood; asides were bamboo shoots and a mountain of steamed rice. The Pho Steak Brisket ($13) was a large vegetable terrine with thinly sliced meat slivers as tasteless as tough strips of leather. The vegetable stew and broth actually tasted fine, but we were missing the seafood and steak brisket advertised on the menu. Though cost was not the issue, we still felt the $60 tab was overpriced for the all around sorry experience.“

“This is a wonderful little Homestead farmhouse that has been converted to a small restaurant and bar. My wife, our son and his girlfriend, and our daughter stopped by on a Saturday around 4:30 PM. We waited at the bar for a bit over a half hour. Lovely atmosphere, friendly servers and bartenders, and great food. There are zero reservations, just swing by and wait for a table. I ordered the special steak for the day, my wife ordered the Rosemary Chicken. I tried a bite of hers and the flavors were excellent! My steak was perfectly cooked. We will definitely be back again.“

“A favorite spot in Shorewood. Their drinks are great and the food is delicious. (Their Reuben sandwich that only comes around once a year is the best I’ve ever had. Wish they’d do that more often!). It can get crowded pretty quick, so I’d get there early if you’re able.“

“We attended a family wedding at Milwaukee Ale House on 10/5/24. The party staff was AMAZING. They were professional, attentive, and kept things running smoothly. Sue the coordinator is top notch. She met us the morning of the wedding so that we could set out centerpieces and other decorations. She has great ideas and is super easy to work with, she definitely knows what she is talking about. Jason the bartender makes amazing drinks and is very creative, the best drinks I've had in a long time. Jason also was a pro at handling a guest that had too much to drink, he sensed it and dealt with it in a way that did not embarrass the guest at all. Jamie was working that night as well, she is organized, fast and handled some last minute table changes without a complaint. Sue, Jason and Jamie were wonderful and deserve a pay increase for the services they provide, I am sure they are not making what they deserve. It's not often you come across such hard working individuals and it was truly a pleasure. I will not hesitate to recommend the Milwaukee Ale House to anyone that is looking for a wedding/party venue.“

Even though they no longer had an open dining room due to Covid protocols, I did take that chance and ordered takeout. Oh, what a happy day! The ordered items were not only hot, fresh and plentiful, they were truly delicious! The staff there led by Simon, have always been a joy to interact with always attentive, and cheerful. Crispy, juicy and hot - served on a toasted brioche bun with fresh lettuce, tomato and a creamy mayonnaise. The Kettle Chips were perfect. Good price and great service. Came back for a second time. Much more impressed this time. Food was delicious and the vanilla latte got me going. Service was a bit slow, but I think that was due to the amount of customers that felt they are the centre of the universe.

“Has been my family pizza place for as long as I can remember. Love the food, servers, and atmosphere. Seriously. My dad comes for the salad and my mom and I for the garlic cheese bread. Pizza crust is out of this world good and the homemade sausage… we occasionally get other things like lasagna or fish fry, and while we have never been disappointed, we always come back for the pizza.“
