Cotton Exchange Reviews
I really want to like this place because the food is genuinely delicious, and that’s the only reason we keep coming back. When you dine in, there are no issues at all—the wait staff is amazing, attentive, and everything is handled correctly.
Unfortunately, the experience is completely different in the fish fry drive-thru. Almost every single time we go through, something is missing from our order. Sometimes it’s small, like bread, which isn’t a huge deal—but it...read full review
Had a reservation for 2 people, got sat right away, but waited a ridiculous amount of time just for initial water (and refills - I ended up drinking my husbands water which also sat empty and he sat with an empty coke for a while). We ordered an appetizer and had side salads - this took about 1 hour to get these items. By the time we got our entrees, we had been there just shy of 1.5 hours. The waitress never communicated with us if the kitchen was behind, if wait staff was behind...read full review
We've gone to the Cotton Exchange for a New Years Eve meal countless times over the years. We"ve always enjoyed a leisurely evening with our friends and family. This year, though, was not enjoyable thanks to the rushed service that practically had us leaving before we had a chance to take our seats. Cotton Exchange offers an amazing dining experience with fresh food, fantastic taste, and flavors. Their Sunday brunch is a highlight, featuring standout dishes like the omlet with everything. The bar area has a fun atmosphere, where the bartender, Dave, is great at starting conversations. The dining area has a supper club feel, although it can get noisy and crowded, especially on weekends.
Many customers have enjoyed the seafood and steak, noting the delicious flavors. The Italian Beef and Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap sandwiches are also popular, with the beef described as tender. However, some diners suggest that the giardiniera should be offered as a condiment rather than mixed into the beef. The wrap, while large and stuffed with chicken, could benefit from some more green salad fixings for added texture and flavor.
The restaurant is recognized for its reasonable prices and nice service, although some guests have mentioned that the servers could be more friendly. The drink menu receives high praise, with specialty drinks rated an A+. Overall, Cotton Exchange remains a place worth visiting for its vibrant atmosphere and tasty food.
