I really want to like this place because the food is genuinely delicious, and that’s the only reason we keep coming back. When you dine in, there are no issues at all—the wait staff is amazing, attentive, and everything is handled correctly.

Had a reservation for 2 people, got sat right away, but waited a ridiculous amount of time just for initial water (and refills - I ended up drinking my husbands water which also sat empty and he sat with an empty coke for a while). We've gone to the Cotton Exchange for a New Years Eve meal countless times over the years. We"ve always enjoyed a leisurely evening with our friends and family. This year, though, was not enjoyable thanks to the rushed service that practically had us leaving before we had a chance to take our seats.
