“My only wish would be for the french fries to be hot AF, every time, without having to ask for fresh french fries! I mean c'mon, the fries literally have a 3 to 5 minute window and that's when they're fresh out of the grease. So please McDonald's throw the rubber taters away or at least ask customers what they prefer, who knows maybe some people enjoy the rubbery texture, I do not however, and I've never had this problem at Culver's so I know it can be done. Also when specifically asking for a LARGE 4.00 fresh french fry the container should be filled to the top, if I want a medium I would ask for a medium... Nothing is more irritating than paying for cold food. ?“
“I was greatly impressed with the service today because I had ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and it came without cheese but then they apologized and got me another one with two cheese slices as another apology for forgetting the original one. It was so tasty and I am so grateful for their willingness to, be flexible and make things right especially since it wasn’t that manager’s fault. And from working at a fast food place before, I’m sure the person who forgot very much appreciated her, making it right, rather than just ‘throwing them under the bus.’ God bless you gracious people!“
“I had the Bessie burger with Brussel sprouts, hubby had shrimp po boy.. everything was top notch. That was the best burger I've had in a long time. Sprouts cooked to perfection. Po boy was so good. So much on the menu it was hard to decide and took a crayfish boil to go for dinner later. So glad we took a Sunday drive off the highway. It was so worth it“
“I have yet to have a bad meal at Culver's, and have visited various locations in Southeast Wisconsin for many years. Here and there the service was a little slower than I'd have liked, when they are busy, but Culver's really isn't about "get food in your hands in seconds", it's about let's give the people something worth eating.Generally well-trained and friendly staff.“
“The food was amazing!! Nice and hot the way I like it!! The order of large fries was an actual order of large fries!! I got the 3 peice chicken strips, so yummy the size of them has definitely changed. They used to be much bigger but very excellent food! Loved the hot apple pies!! So delicious!! Much better than McDonald's!!“
